They have a tight tolerance that creates a bit of a vacuum inside the box and makes it open very slowly to give the user a feeling of quality. @goosehd It's a medical device, so it's not that exciting. I mean, I'm excited to use it, but it's not like a box full of denim or leather jackets or anything.

You're actually both kind of right. It's a device that massages my legs with inflatable sleeves. So it's kind of a massager, and it's kind of like a CPAP (because it moves air around). I have bad circulation in my legs, so this is supposed to help stimulate the capillaries and take some pressure off of the superficial veins that don't work very well.
