not sure how i missed your fit when you first put it up jaco
***sorry some of this should be in rants & what not

^^^^^
how roomy? do you have waist measurements? just curious, thanks
-
Every time this thread is bumped, I cross my fingers and hope it's someone offloading a fresh pair of w31

^^^^^
hahahahahahahaha
i can relate
-
that is interesting. thank you very much for the measurements.
i was really trying to decide between a 34 or 36, but was scared of the 34s causing my voice to go up a few octaves & just looking super duper slim & muffin-top-ish & silly.
can we get a fit flick patch?

for anyone on the fence about buying the 9301's heres a real life review. bought these jeans exactly 13 months ago and have worn them just about every single day since then. they have well over 15 thousand miles on a bike. ive only soaked them twice, and one time they got rained on for about 4 hours while riding through Virginia. that was the best wash they've ever had. as far as durability i've went down on a bike in them once and they held up pretty well. the hole in the knee just kinda happened, my best guess is that kneeling is what wore it through. the crotch stitching is fraying out, the right pocket is torn on the inside, from putting my hand in. the back pocket accents are disappearing as we speak. the bottoms are fraying so bad because i just rolled them under as opposed to waiting to have them chain stitched/properly hemmed. i wore them riding in sub20 degree weather, and i don't care how think your jeans are it's still cold. so as a review, all and all the black color has held up well, its still turning brown from sun bleaching, you gotta figure on long rides for hours at a time its basically like sitting them out in the sun. as you can tell most of the bleaching is on the thighs. the warmth is alright but really i wore long johns under them everyday it was cold any way so it wasn't even a matter of the thickness of the jean. the fraying tearing and holes all took about the same time as my 60 dollar Levis 510's. the best quality of the jeans is the color staying, but then again washed other jeans much more. if you have an opportunity to buy these jeans go for it, they are really nice and the fit is awesome. if you're going to, crash motorcycles, ride motorcycles alot, work on bikes i.e. lay on the side of 95 in dirt and oil etc, or any other work related activities they may not be a sound investment. i bought these jeans because i destroy a pair of 510's in about a year, which is what these are up to so far. i can see may another year out of them until the crotch falls out and the knee hole makes the leg fall off. great jeans, but the price is the biggest deterrent.
the water in the soak picture is way dirtier than it looks, my tub is just as dirty hah -
thanks for the review tim
the jeans look great
Damn that's a lot of biking!
I was thinking same as seul
the knee, leg openings, and crotch
can be repaired and reinforced
and you'll get lots more life from them
you've invested good money and time in them
so put a little money into them and get em fixed up
then promise us more pics in a year!
