@Luijim78 the best thing is sharing your denim journey with fellow denim heads.I have so many clothes to fade I dont think I will ever get close.I just love collecting special denim, I see the most perfect piece of denim and never get the chance to wear them enough.

@gazza61 yes I totally agree and I also don't think I could fade what I have in two or three lifetimes , patience... as you said I love collecting and sharing with you. Thanks to you for the support and advice

That’s it. The excitement, the anticipation, the journey. It’s not a competition (even the ‘competitions’ are more about the denim fading community than the results). And the only apologies necessary are to our wallets.

It’s supposed to be fun, not a chore (though I love a chore coat).

A few more pictures. The arms stay ‘arm-shaped’ all the time, and it looks like I’m still wearing it when it’s on the hanger. I guess everyone’s is the same?

@Mister_Brue oh yeah yours is coming along nicely. Yeah at first the arms on mine stayed arm shaped. After a few washes they relax. My 140IG is the same way pretty similar denim. Makes for great photos.

@Oaktavia Of course. I hadn’t actually been thinking about the post wash softness. I’ll try to hang fire with the washing, but it may need one sooner than I thought. Without going all the way back through the thread, how long did yours go before you washed it?
