A mixture. Go and see some of the workshops with Alex in Kojima (and get the best Udon ever), a meeting with Haraki in Hachioji, a heritage workwear show in Beijing (Alex, AdamC, Josh and Sarina), and Thanksgiving with @ROman and Ralph in North Carolina....

@Denman-John I’ve not been, but my wife has been a few times over the years.

We’re flying into Bombay, and making our way around the Southern coast(ish) to Madras via Goa, Panjim, Cochin, Alleppey, Quilon, Madurai, & Pondicherry etc.

@Mister_Brue You’ll have an awesome time ~ India definitely has its own vibe. I was down that way a couple of years ago with my wife. Throwing Palolem Beach (Goa) and Hampi on your radar as they were places that we enjoyed in that area. I’ll be off to Nepal in 3 weeks and starting to get excited.

After going to that small sushi joint in tsukiji you listed a while back, I'd definitely trust an udon rec as well.
