@Oaktavia I hope iron heart gives you huge discounts because it’s these fades that got me hooked. This jacket is legendary. Glad to have gotten one while I still could!
-
@Oaktavia also looks like this thing is armor. not seeing anything even close to a hole despite all the high contrast fades.
-
@RJScheuerle thanks man and I am so glad you got one of these amazing heavyweight jackets. Truly some denim armor! Wear it hard, wear it all the time and fade that fecker!

Every one who was on the fence about sizing on this one, were you thankful for going up one size ? I’m typically a XL in UHF’s and just want to layer a thin hoodie under this for the winter so am leaning on the XL despite the measurements looking seemingly a little big. Any help would be appreciated here fam
-
Hi,
I am a XL in UHF and I can squeeze it in under this jacket. As you noticed the measurements err on the generous side, and the sleeve length would have been too long for the XXL.
That being said if you want to have a full range of motion I'd size up as the heavy fabric can restrain a bit.
Hope that helps -
Not quite at Oak level but it's coming along.
Love this jacket. Wish I would've picked up the 139 so I could see how this denim progresses without the grey weft.
-
@Oaktavia That soft golden sunlight is the best light, my friend.
Definitely plan on rocking this and the 101J-SR till summer. Should be enough time to make it really pop.
-
@kantian I need to make 2025 a 140 year too. This looks so nice, it’s just a beautifully coloured denim, right off the bat.

-
Thank you, sir.
At the start, it's almost too beautiful. It was difficult for me to style. The deep blue denim with the tonal stitching. Idk, It had a formal vibe. Then you look at Oaks and it's pure vintage. Really cool stuff. It's been one of the funniest evos I've seen. You should definitely give yours some love.

@ZackB Those stacks are glorious, man. Even with the lighting you can tell it's coming along. The stacking on the sleeves of this jacket is so gnarly looking.
Have you washed it yet? I haven't washed mine but I'm debating it. The sleeve stacks seem to be setting in so I feel it might be time.
-
@kantian yeah I agree the stacks form pretty quickly on this for sure. I haven’t washed or soaked mine yet and have 41 wears so far.

Here’s a few more with some less intense lighting.
