@ZackB I think it just comes down to personal preference. Imo, there's really not a right or wrong way. I'll do a low-agitation soak every couple of months when it starts to stink or it's really dirty. Get all the grime, dirt, and dust out. When I feel all my creases are well broken-in and I'm getting fades along most of the edges I'll do heavy agitation wash. I usually end up with a tub full of blue water. After it's about 80% dry I'll put it on and wear till I dry. I love doing this. The denim molds to your body and your movements.

@ZackB For sure, man. The beauty is it's not like you're going to hurt the denim. You would have to wash every other day to get a bleach out fade. For me, figuring out a washing process has been part of the fun.

Few from the post wash. Coolest fade to me so far is the inside arm seam. Just gotta keep wearing it. Love this jacket so much.

Bought one of these from kentaurus this week. Damn, I love this jacket already. It feels so smooth and light compared to my other jackets. Let's get some fades on this.

@Oaktavia I know my 526J-142ib feels like a t shirt compared to this but I’m in the south so my definition of cold is very particular, so like 40 degrees

21oz superblack type 3. Own and wear that one for 5 winters now and it is still super stiff and heavy. Guess I can wear that for my funeral still being pretty stiff and looking brand new in 40 years or what. Haha

And I got a 19oz lefty OD which became pretty soft fast but still feels way heavier than the 140ig. I don't know. Maybe it's just me.

I would agree with this in the sense that it feels more stubborn, rather than actually heavier

@chbronsonx Oh no you are correct about those two, it's not just you. The SB and 19oz Lefty are by far the gnarliest fabrics I have in my collection too. To echo Alex's comment though, both the Lefty and the 140 are the same weight which is crazy to think about when trying both jackets on.

Yeah maybe stubborn might be the correct word.
I weighed them and the lefty od is exactly 1500 gr., the 140ig 1180gr. Both xl. Nonetheless, love them both!
