Wax Treasure (Vinyl)

Not a favourite band in general, but this album is brilliant.

still going through my the fall collection, which takes couple of weeks every year.
infotainment scan was a first fall album i bought for myself (on cassette) and although most fans consider this the weakest of 31 studio albums, i kind of like it. probably being nostalgic, because that year i saw them live for the first time. it was a lot of weird samples and the whole gig was chaotic, but i loved it. -
@prpx a friend's brother was in The Fall for a while in the early 2000s, I don't think it ended well!
-
@NickD - hah! it never did. MES went through 65 musicians or something, and only those american dudes and the last lineup didnt have traumatic stories to tell

Might as well continue with more Swift

@NickD Jazz by Sun Ra on Transition is probably one of his more accessible albums. Took me awhile to get his tunes but once you do, it's like opening a new world. And agreed on Sam's Records vinyl fidelity. Love that they release jazz from Europe that would have been lost if not for Sam and his team.
@GraemeE You're such a Swiftie. Am I using that right?

I think so - I'll accept the badge

@Jett129 I would be frozen with indecision on where to start browsing!

@spleef_oner probably 20 years ago a band i was playing in opened for these guys.
Before the show a local band, who was not playing that night, who thought they were hot shit ( rhymes with Candy Bore Holes) thought that we should surrender our greenroom so they had a place to hang out before seeing the dead meadow set.
After being pestered for an hour we finally relented but not before our keyboard player decided she should piss on the couch before they occupied it.....
-
@GraemeE - ha! kudos to the keyboard player!
