Yeah, this one is looking amazing; congrats on a great score!! Wish I could find one too!! Is it April yet?
-
Tried to capture the evo a little better with good sunlight and hope this documents the progress after about 1.5 years with only light wear, mostly just while commuting or for walks with the dog and running errands
-
When I upload it it looks greyish but face to face its bright indigo at the arm creases and elbow
-
@FlavourFade fades looking so good dude! OD fades are hard to capture with a camera. But I bet yours looks fecking electric in person!
-
@FlavourFade great work, I need to commit to mine a bit more!

One week down, been wearing all day at work and even chillen on couch at home after. Blanket down of course in case dye our couch lol. Def felt little sore in shoulders/arms first few days but can’t tell if it’s from the jacket or just normal old age/achy from work, prob combo of both. There is Little bit of color changing in some areas but like everyone has said it’s hard to capture. I’ll post another update in few months. Loving this jacket. -
Still coming this month (hopefully)?

Hello I'm debating on which jacket to purchase once there available the 526Lod or the Indigo version. Does the 526Lod fade to blue or grey I can't really tell in the pictures
-
@Goz In my opinion to both. It's Indigo overdyed black so the base fabric is indigo, but mine has spots that look greyish with lower contrast and some (for example the creases) are more blue with higher contrast. Also it's extremely depending on the lighting. Something else to consider is wether there are changes in the overdying process in the new run? @ShopatIronHeart

I’ve noticed mention of changes in the OD process recently. Can anyone direct me as to where I can read about it, or possibly explain it here?
Thanks in advance!

Thanks for this!!

@FlavourFade Thanks I really like the Indigo version of this jacket and I love the OD version as well I wish could buy both but 1 will do. Just can't make up my mind on which one to get.
-
@Goz. Not sure if that was brought to your attention as I see you debating between both 19L jackets. The OD versions is much, much easier to get along with. Big difference in stiffness and brake in period. The regular one is a handful if you are not used to very tough denim.
-
@yannis Thank you for that info. I've never had denim that stiff I can only imagine what it must take break it in. Maybe I should start off with the OD version
. Which one produces the most high contrast fades and when buying the OD version vs. the indigo should I size up 1 from my normal size??
