@Bridger If you have the possibility to visit this wonderful country, just do it. I am sure you have never been in a country with so friendly, helpful and amazing people. They always want that you feel comfortable. And do not compare these wonderful people with politicians. It is one of the oldest cultures of the world and you can visit amazing places. I was in Iran seven times, right now in Teheran and Qschm island. But you have to see Isfahan (for me one of the most beautiful cities of the world), Shiraz with Persepolis, Yazd, Kerman and Kashan. The more often you visit this country the more interesting places you find.
