We use it for some things behind the scenes, and its already integrated with things like chat bots etc, but no further plans for the time being

@jordanscollected Dude, tell me about it. I need to speak to a human being at Substack about one of my subscriptions going all fuckey and I cannot for the life of me get hold of a real human being. The chatbot just directs me to the same unhelpful FAQ pages, or to an email address which is answered by, you guessed it, another chatbot.

Maybe, though that is largely dictated by what is ready in japan. It means nothing will launch on the old site after this week, though..
