I'm already noticing a change in my physique. I actually have triceps now, they are about the size of peas, but they are definitely triceps….I'm off to the gym shortly for some more abuse...
Newbie gains are brilliant. Never again will you experience progress in terms of muscle development, weight loss and the ability to shift more weight around on a weekly basis, like you do in the first three months of a strength training program. The trick is not to push too hard and injure yourself.
