IHSH-309-PUR - Ultra Heavy Flannel Western Shirt - Classic Check - Purple

For some weird reason only a lot of L’s are left. Everything else is gone. It took a few hours, but I get the impression there were a lot of them.
We made a mistake. We decided to model our order bell curve on what size/quantities we had sold in total historically, prior to this we did it on what we had sold through the website. We felt that a larger sample would give us a better-predicted demand curve. What we forgot is that most of our retailers do not take the outlying sizes, so the bell curve was far too steep, hence the plethora of larges left.
We are reverting to the old way of doing it and adding extra XXXL and XXXXL…..

How did this one stack up, G?
and can you see how quick on the draw I was?Pretty well, but not a record. Did about 95. Had most sizes available for some time which is good, I hate selling out of a size almost straight away. Obviously, we ordered far too many L's, but far better to have a load of L or XL left than XS or XXXXL.
You were about 18th….

I can’t tell if I need this or the hype is getting to me.
I'll save a seat for ya, but the train leaves the station once hype reaches critical mass. [emoji14]Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

What can I say about the new UHF? I absolutely love the (what feels like) improved outer texture of the fabric. It seems not as brushed and very incredibly soft. I absolutely love the colorway. This shirt is an instant classic.
I hadn't expected the white to be like a periwinkle or grey color too. Seems slightly different than the sample or maybe my perception is off? But it is so freaking awesome!!

I was super happy to discover that it was an off-white. I think photographing something with for a website that requires could colour realisation and detail inevitably means a lot of light, so the off-white looks much more like optical white. It is a stroke of genius and definitely contributes to the muted effect that others have mentioned, by toning down the contrasting colours in the shirt.
I tried my work shirt on with a few different denims, jackets and vests today, and there isn’t much it doesn’t work with.

Did you notice how the face of the shirt is not as brushed as older UHFs and is smoother? I absolutely love this.

I was initially looking at the yellow crazy check this season as I’m usually drawn to earth tones, but the more I saw this pattern, the more I liked it. I think it’s even better in person and I agree with Mike and Reuben that the muted “off-white/grey” really looks sharp. Happy to join the “purple-people” club!

Damn… EVERYONE is looking great in this shirt! Congrats dudes

@Joberwocky Thanks man! It’s amazing. Not something I would be immediately drawn to but I’m so glad I pulled the trigger. I don’t have anything like it (color-wise) so I took a chance and love it. Your turn!
