If you like puzzle games Shadow of the Tomb Raider is pretty great. I didn't care for the one just called Tomb Raider from a few years ago because it was more of an action game. But this one is a lot like the 90s games. There are a ton of puzzles. Only drawbacks are that the gameplay is kind of stiff and unforgiving. So there is lots of trial and error gameplay. But it still is very fun and satisfying to solve the puzzles.
Also the game has amazing graphics.

I'm still loving Shadow of Tomb Raider. The setting and art direction in the game is really great. The game is like Indiana Jones, Apocalypto, The Predator and Bone Tomahawk had a baby.

Finally decided to finish HORIZON DAWN… Immediately started a "New + Game" (loadout with all gear and skills)...
I've bought NIER AUTOMATA and SHADOW OF THE TOMB RAIDER, and bought SHADOW OF THE COLOSSUS this morning. Also have my eye on MONSTER HUNTER: WORLD and there is the FF VII remake drop in April...
Time to plan some weeks of vacation...

@Oaktavia Yeah man it's good. Got a new rig in about September and it looks amazing on it, great story too
I recently finished playing it and I totally dug it! Especially since Fallout 76 was so frustrating. It was cool to play a similar game but made by Obsidian instead of Bethesda. The space travel theme is cool as shit…I thoroughly enjoyed having a toke and playing for hours.

OUTER WORLDS was fantastic but all the running about…was frustrating now and then...
I decided that is a feature of open world games to be appreciated. You get to drink some beer, look at the sights etc. There is a survival mod in Skyrim that removes the fast travel function (amongst other things). It is awesome. I first learned to appreciate it when playing S.T.A.L.K.E.R. SoC open world mode. That game is the tits.

Bought my son a Nintendo Switch Lite so he can play Minecraft. The regular console is sold out everywhere and sellers are now charging silly amounts of money for one. Sorry, not paying $500-600 for a Switch [emoji44]

The Switch Lites are flying off the shelves too because of Animal Crossings.

I bought the last Switch Lite at my local Target. I’m sure there’s some inventory out there but not much

Anyone else own a Switch? I'm looking for game recommendations that aren't specifically aimed at kids. My son has been playing Minecraft a ton but it's not my cuppa tea. I also own Super Mario Bros U which is fun, but I already beat the game. I've been eyeballing Doom and Wolfenstien II but don't know how they rate on the Switch Lite console. I like the Zelda games but don't think I can be bothered with it this time.
