Indigo Invitational Y3

thank you !
but I think that it´s not that different when compared to last month.
it seems that the 18 oz is fading slowly, but I expect them to start rocking after the first wash. -
2 month update. Def haven’t worn these everyday. Ended up sending these to Indigo Proof for waist alterations so they’d stop falling off me while working and also got full leg taper. Time to get the ball rolling on these now now that they fit.
-
@RoxRocks86 That looks perfectly tailored to you.
@Jcaz6996 That is starting to look epic already. Nice fades there.

Indeed, those XHS fades are nice for 60 wears, @Jcaz6996
@RoxRocks86, that tailoring was well worth the money. Are you going to be rocking the UHRs in the tropical paradise later this year?
-
Only 34 wears on my standard model 21 oz through two months. It's been unusually rainy and cool here and I've been happy to wear my XHSib over that time. Not much to show on the 21 oz yet, save for my legs-crossed-on-the-coffee-table-while-watching-TV "calf fades." I can tell that these will get a lot of wear this summer, though. It was almost 80 F here today and I was pretty comfortable in these.
-
Cheers @BlueBlood definitely putting them through there paces
@the246guy thanks appreciate it loving the XHS -
Thanks @the246guy & @BlueBlood. As much as a perfect fit straight out the bag would be ideal, I’m unfortunately stuck in the body of a 12 yr old so desperate times call for desperate measures
@BlueBlood nice combs setting in on your 21’s. As for the UHRs, can’t resist a denim that’s been so highly talked of even if wearing them here will feel like being swallowed up in lava
-
look like they are made for you @RoxRocks86 really nice work
-
@Daniel San 18oz looking good are they still crisp and crunchy or have they softened up some?
@Jcaz6996 you going hard on those xhs! How you enjoying them compared the the xhsib?
-
Thank you @steelworker Rain has always done a fantastic job with whatever I throw at her

Thanks, @RoxRocks86.
I already had FOMO over the UHRs and if you're going to wear them in Hawaii, I guess that I have no excuse to complain about sweaty legs here in Oregon.
-
@RoxRocks86
Thx Rox, they are already soft. Not like 21oz but close to.
A bit more than 50 wears, lost a few because I was sick and on sundays I wear what I want
Your pair looks awesome and the fit is bespoke, great job from the tailor -

Loving them @RoxRocks86.
XHSib we’re my first pair of denim I put solid time into I made the mistake of not doing the initial soak so I remember the first couple of weeks being brutal .
And Y2 started in Oct cold and wet in the UK
And working on site is not good so wore them under waterproof bottoms to keep them clean .XHS feel great , that first soak is key .
Just the odd day on site wearing waterproof bottoms.still looking forward to seeing some good weather.Your pair look great you thinking of wearing them every day until the end ?
-
Merci !!!! @RoxRocks86

@Jcaz6996
Hey James ,
so far I felt no need for washing my pair. But now after the first really warm week with lots of sweat I think
they need a first wash soon ::)
what would you recommend for the first wash ?
inside out a must ?
cold or warm ? -
It indeed was warm the last couple of days and I still managed to wear my XHSiB at every opportunity. I remember @Lowlander saying in one of his post that in Summer the XHS family is like a sweat pant and it indeed is very undeniably true. It feels heaven taking them off after a few minutes of wear.

Hi mate I prefer to wash in the bath tub hot water roughly around 40c put a couple of scoops of Samurai soap in there swirl it all around and submerge jeans i don’t turn them inside out don’t leave for 30mins with agitation.
fill back up with hot water and put back in for another 30mins
Drip dry on washing line , keep a eye on because I put them on damp and wear around the house set the creases back in , when they look set take them off and put back on the line to dry.Everyone has different ways washing machine etc this is the way I prefer mate
