@Kasi
Great fit Mo
Would love the UHR, but was not convinced of the measurements and if they would fit in the end ….
So I bought a pair of XHS 777 , first time another cut than 634 hope they work , will get them tomorrow -
777 XHS I have to size up by 2 size to get waist right.
Did you size up.
It’s low waist
To avoid builders crack
-
Yes Sir l sized up from 31 in 634 to 33 in 777 XHS . Bailey found me a perfect waist size .
-
hi @Kasi ,
how much shrinkage do you expect at rr/fr?
thanksSorry I didn’t because I wasn’t worried about them.
My only concern was the length and waist..
I have done all this before..
With old uhr 777 to be honest it turn into something else to make them work.
But thinking about grabbing the new uhr 777 to but gonna size up by 2 sizes to be safe due to low waist.
I went of my 25oz 666 XHS to match the UHR 666
It works for me.

^ Please post your pre and post soak / wash measurements. I'm on the fence if I should go Tag size 30 or Tag size 31.

Wow. This denim is no joke. Slightly worried, but in the best possible way. Honestly more gnarly than I was expecting; seems to be about 21:XHS::XHS:UHR.
Soak done and in the washer right now. Drip dry overnight.
Had another pair that needed a soak so the UHR has company.
Hopefully will have some dimension comparisons tomorrow.
-
Thanks, Kasi.
They actually seemed to mellow a good bit with the soak and wash. Much less intimidating now.
After a 1hr hot tap water soak followed by a front loader wash on the "hot" setting with low spin and a drip/air dry.
Pre / postW: 17.6 / 17.2
T: 12.75 / 12.5
Fr: 11.0 / 10.6
Rr: 15.5 / 15.25
K: 9.0 / 8.75
H: 8.5 / 8.4
I: 36.3 / 35.5I'm honestly a little worried they didn't shrink enough. Should I do anything more before hemming tomorrow?

Who knows?
If you read this:
https://www.ironheart.co.uk/content/what-is-uhr
You will understand that supply is very limited. We have committed to producing it continuously, but that does not mean we can make a lot. So supply is self-limited, thus availability at any point in time is totally dependent upon demand…..

@pechelman looks about right. Almost an inch in length and waist, and quarter of an inch in the thigh. There may be a little more but it will be marginal.

Thanks for the sanity check, neph. I saw some other folks getting 2" on the inseam to shrink. In the end I decided to wait on hemming today. Maybe will leave these to cuff as my only pair.
