22nd-24th August - Charlotte, NC - DiCe Magazine Meetings and Collaboration Planning
24th August - Driving up to Charlottesville, VA in the worlds largest car with @Giles @Madame Buttonfly @Olly and Kira
25-27th August - Divison Road Launch Party:
-
First stop was my in-laws on Sunday afternoon before heading into the city on Monday morning to meet up with @Graham!
My father-in-law picked up a small bit of sirloin for our dinner
Heading over Williamsburgh bridge with a nice view to the right, and a shitty one to the front
-
haha yeah if there's one thing Williamsburg ain't, it's pretty
-
Sneaky sneak peek with guest appearance from the strange building with no windows.
AT&T or telephone building? Lower Manhattan? My father worked there if it is.
-
@ROman
That’s so crazy that he worked there what a small world! I’ve gone down the rabbit hole and ended up watching YouTube videos about the building.@Jett129 i will be heading back on Friday I am afraid and absolutely gutted as Roger and Josefina are so so lovely I would love to see them again.
We had a great night with the Iron Shop Provisions crew and bumped into Andrew from Franklin and Poe. No pics I’m afraid as I had drinks in both hands
-
I had promised you a beer if you were ever in NYC,so I had hoped to bring you something on Saturday. I’m in NYC this afternoon, probably finished up having lunch with some friends around 2:30,just in case you’ve had some cancellations in your schedule. Do you like a good stout from time to time? Maybe I can give Alex something to bring back for you. @Graham

@Jett129 I am so sorry that we missed you yesterday, we were in meetings all afternoon yesterday but will definitely hold you to some stouts next time please!
Katz Deli for an early lunch and after a full day of showing our collection and meeting some lovely lovely people we hit Ivan Ramen for some well-needed sustenance before winding down at PDT on St Marks Place, my favourite speakeasy located through a hidden wall in a phone booth inside a hot dog shop.

Pictures of Katz pastrami get me aroused. Dammit I want that sandwich.
Also PDT is rad but please tell me you've tried Crif Dogs! Fucking delicious!
