USA Mega Trip - July & August 2022

@sabergirl Do you now/currently like Pastrami? @Matt Probably need two commas…Before and after ass.
-
Great story @sabergirl
I used to work for a moving company in Brooklyn staffed by comics,. musicians, actors, and painters and we would sometimes get lunch there… but more often pizza or dumplings -
I decided at some point that combining things with "ass" requires a hyphen, an MLA handbook rule of my own making. Big-ass pickle. Otherwise you end up with ass pickles, and nobody wants those.
Also fwiw Katz pastrami sandwiches have always been exorbitantly expensive, and I in my own personal experience, eating a whole one could cause injury. I usually get half a sandwich and a bowl of split pea soup, after which I want a nap. I think when I lived there 15 years ago, that combo was like $28. Tip your slicers well, and they'll hook you up.
One time some coworkers of mine had a morbid contest in which they tried to see who could eat the most Katz sandwiches. It was so hard to watch — the competitors started sweating and turning grey at a point. I think the winner had to go home sick for the day, and captured the prize with 2.5 sandwiches.
I think I went to Carnegie once. It was generally hard to get me to venture to the hellhole of Midtown.

Pastrami is so much better than corned beef IMO. It is a good smoker project too that I will eventually get to.
I agree 100%. Also, pastrami is on my smoker list!

andddddd. relax!
What an amazing time we have had meeting some of our US retailers and sharing showing what goodies we have in store for SS23. Let's get you guys into all the FW22 gear first then we can start sharing
Dive bar vibes in Williamsburg.
Birds of a Feather. The cold tripe with chili-peanut sauce behind the bang bang chicken was one of the greatest things I have ever eaten.
DUMBO

My wife, Kira, is the photographer, not me! She photographs for her career, primarily for hotels and restaurants. She has a Nikon mirrorless, but I forget which one, and she's asleep in the car as I write this!

Ah, very cool! That makes sense — they're super well shot and look very professionally edited. Nice work!
