As a Brit I have no idea what scrapple is, but it looks tasty and I think I want some.

@EdH - I just googled it. The key words ‘crumbly’ and ‘mush’ should give you some idea…yum!

Oh man, it’s the best. We usually slice it 5mm thick or so, sit it in a cast iron pan until it “lets go”, or releases its stick from the pan, then you flip. Gives a nice crispy outside, and it’s soft like ground sausage in the middle. Great with eggs. Unfortunately this time it just kinda crumbled and turned into a hash.
