Aww, man; jean buying must suck for you, eh?
I have stacks of that denim, just wondering what to do with it……
G, something has to be done about that…

yeah shoreman, its pretty limited buddy… especially in the raw department. Add being a 30" waist on top of that and it narrows the field even on sanforized. I can't complain to much though, Ive got a few pair of IH that I love... nothing feels more like home than my 666xhs

Glad to hear it. One day I'll be swayed enough to spend half a stack on those bad boys. One day.
G, how about a hybrid between the 54 and 01/04 shirts in varying colours (I'm thinking burnt orange or burgundy, winter green, charcoal, navy, black, etc. so long as it's solid.) and materials? (e.g. chino and flannel with snap closures.) iPhone 5 compatible inside breast pocket with snap closure?
Note: I do not mean that chino and flannel should be used to make one shirt…

I know it's been said, but I think seasonal ultra heavyweight solid flannels like the 52 would be so freaking popular and classic. I can only dream of a dark green one…

+1 for more solid flannels (although I'm not a huge fan of green)…

yes yes yes Eisenhower jacket
maybe out of the west point materials
definately in BLACKI feel like the only colors an Ike should be is OD-107 or khaki(tan)
The choice of materials is a no-brainer for me… 100% WOOL with cotton twill lining. IMO the 'westpoint' fabric makes a nice shirt, but is too insubstantial for a jacket.edit- But of course I'm not exactly after a classic Eisenhower jacket from IH... a classic jacket in great shape can be found for dirt cheap on ebay or in almost any army surplus store in the USA (and probably in other countries too). What I would be after is a Harakified version, classic but modern at the same time and built like a Mack truck

I've seen some requests for more buffalo check previously….
In my opinion, that would be a safe choice and pretty boring. If buffalo check is going to be done again why does it have to be color/black? I've seen navy/grey and navy/tan buffalo check vintage frostproof flannels that looked sick.

It may be boring, but above all, Iron Heart is a business. Forgive us if we back some bankers which then gives us the financial breathing space to allow us to experiment with some stuff that we are not sure will sell so well. It is mine and Haraki's money that we invest in new product, no one else's, that gives us some freedom to choose what we do….We could be accused of being boring by churning out the IH-634S year after year with no innovation, but it is the IH-634S that is the financial back bone of this company....Without the IH-634S, there would be nothing....
