Hi everyone! Got my first experience with Iron Heart two months ago via the 888 21oz denim and have been hooked since! Recently picked up a check madras shirt and a flannel check work shirt…both quality pieces! So many other amazing items that have caught my eye...this could be a dangerous rabbit hole for me
Props to the Iron Heart team (especially Adam) for answering my questions promptly and for the speedy deliveries! Happy Holidays! -
^ Double that! These clothes are worthy compared to the cheap mass produced shit selling everywhere. They last you forever and that's what I like about them.

New to the forum here. I’m looking to jump into IH denim very soon, but still mulling over which model to go with. I’m leaning towards the 555 because I prefer a slim straight jean, but just not positive yet. My present jeans are Polo Varick slim straights, which I’ve worn for years. Really looking forward to making the plunge.

@LawDawgLSU Welcome mate, can't go wrong with the 555 cut
21oz is always a good place to start.. be sure to ask as many questions as you need on the forum or otherwise, you can ping an email over to shop@ironheart.co.uk for any specific requests!

New here. Just recently got back into the raw denim world. The decision probably being spurred on by my upcoming move back to NJ from Florida (a more habitable climate than this swamp) and instagram, to be honest. Fell down an internet rabbit hole and found Snake Oil Provisions and the indigo invitational and kept seeing two words next to "sick fadez" - Iron Heart.
I had already bought a few pairs from brands like: RGT, Studio D'artisan and PBJ. However, my purchase of a pair of 25oz XHS 555 caused me to become slightly obsessed. They are honestly my favorite pair of jeans (not much wear on them yet) but the details and construction are amazing. I went ahead and bought a pair of 777 XHSib (but sadly got one waist size too small) after seeing many of you including: AlexSwords, Twin and Smiladon showcasing the beauty of the fabric.
My next steps I guess would be to buy a jacket and unload that pair of too tight XHS for something else. You have a nice community here and glad to have found it. Although my wallet disagrees.

Welcome to the Forum. I currently reside in NJ as well. Cranford to be precise. @GardenState

Welcome. I like everything about those last three sentences. The first and last one sound awfully familiar, and I appreciate the second one.
What jackets are you eyeing?

Been lurking on this forum for some time now and thought it a good opportunity to finally introduce myself.
Picked up my first IH item (634s) last October and it was a game changer for me. Since then and with the help of research done here I've managed to pick up 2 UHF's, 555xhsib, and 2 ihsh-235's (black and olive).
Love the the brand and the culture here and really don't see myself wearing any other denim. Look forward to picking up more pieces in the future!

Welcome @Visceral that's a nice "starter" selection you've built up
-
Thank you! @chiverus
Exactly the conclusion I came to about six or seven years ago, haven’t looked back.
Welcome to the forum, they are some great pieces you’ve snagged. Jacket next? [emoji6]
I've had my eye on the 526L for awhile. Some awesome fades in that thread.. Once the wallet recovers perhaps

Eying the overdyed type 3 and the inidgo/black. My too small 777 are indigo/black. Love the look of the fabric.

Both great jackets. The IH-526j-142ib seems like a great combination of cut, material and colour.
I’m a big fan of the OD type III’s. The original 21oz over dyed was my first IH type III about five years ago and I recently picked up a new one, the IH-526j-22OD. It is out of stock at the moment but it is an excellent bit of kit. The 22oz takes the OD differently to the 19oz LHT, giving a more matte texture and a deeper black colour.

I wanted that 526J-22OD soooooooo badly!! And since it was out of stock–I decided to go with the 526PJ.
No regrets at all, in fact Im loving this jacket very much.
But cant help to wonder if I still might pick up the 22OD somewhere down the line.
ive seen the question asked a few times here...how many type 3s are too much?
im not sure---but my collection is slowly growing -
