And you're just a great shambling oaf, not an 80s era toy robot, yet no one hounds you about your user name…
No bitterness from you fake tex…..

Giles - I had the heaviest hangover in recent memory this morning after drinking far too much of your Belgian beer.
It has to be said, I stuck to coffee and lemonade today, but I did cook up a lovely breakfast (at about 11:30….)....
-
^ Truth, breakfast was amazing.
-
Yeah, thanks G and P for letting me share this great Breakfast!! Specially cooked by the big famous:
It was just an amazing weekend for me in a real great raw denim paradise and I have just returned back home at my regular place on earth
Perhaps I should rent the old office from G as my new living appartment just with some content left there for me. I would take the stuff over for free and would build it up as my personal decoration. Or I could just live out of the boxes!!!
-
Some updates from this great event from my site as well. Probably most stuff is already here
Me approaching the raw denim paradise:
mega on the way to give me the hemming shock
I had to look away, since every single cutting in a pair of jeans is breaking my heart.
My new pants of course will stay untouched from water and any hemming as usual,…
My pants after signing of Paula, Mega, Beatle, Giles:
Hemmers at work:
Giles
Junior (Rivet and Hide)
Simon
Madame B holding the overview of all the orders

Beatlemania at it's best:
The flasher on my pants just before first fit test
Change from my 550 day worn in Strike Gold 23 oz to the new Mega 25 ozers
And yeah no problem for me to double cuff them!!!
Our youngest breaveheart Minitron:
Junior (from Rivet and Hide) and Jean Luc showing up with their great Steal Feather denim evolution!!
Great talks after dinner:

Thanks , yeah it was real fun:
Easter Sunday was such a beautiful morning, so I decided to go for a one hour jogging with my old underwear jeans, denim jacket and sandals and my little camera:
After breakfast we went with Paulas and Giles Easter egg on to the beach to smash it with rocks:
The time was just flying away and I had to leave this raw denim paradise behind me But I'll come back!!!
Thanks G for your unbelievable gift for the Jeansmuseum. We have now a proper background for taking all the denim inventory pics.
And thanks again to all those great people who worked so hard on this project!!!
A special thanks to IH member Licorice Noose, who's well loved raw denim project is hanging in G's office. Obviously he really nows, how to break in some heavy weight raw denim stuff the hard way
It took me ages and I had to check them out for 3 times to burn all those millions of fantastic fading results for ever in to my brain.
I can just say congrats to this highest level of authentic fadings transforming them in to a Holy Grail Status.
Sorry for spoiling this thread, but I have to bring them back:

Mean as pic's, thanks for sharing guys. You got the dodgey deliverys, the hunt, the finding, the MBB's, the hemming, the Hui (gathering), old friends/new friends, food and a few beers, brekkie, the massive egg. What a few days.
Epic stuff

Thanks for such great photos Ruedi. The event would not have been the same without you and your sunny sense of fun and mischief.
I hope you got home ok. By the way that photo is of Junior and Jean-Luc. I'm much younger better looking !! -
Sorry Danny for messing up with names. Just corrected it.
Was great to see you there and it's a pitty that the time has gone so fast.
Perhaps I see you some time in Zurich

Huge thanks to everyone who joined us on Saturday - and especially Junior and Simon, the chief chain stitchers!
Was really great to see lots of old friends and meet some new ones. Thanks to the Trons for all their organisation, help, hard work and lovely company (and to Tommy for spending most of his 7th birthday travelling to Gosport and entertaining us all weekend).
Ruedi, as always, was a warm ray of sunshine (on a cold, grey day) Thanks for all the chocolate and photos!
I could go on and on saying thank you to everyone, but the office beckons - I'm on a mission to get as many pairs of MBBs as possible out of the door tomorrow (although will depend on how much hemming G is able to get through!)
