Then you should find your perfect sizing and get jeans sized close to that. Sounds like your trying to get one certain fit by sizing up and down.  Personally, I can tell you if something is gonna work for me by the sizing alone, without even trying them on.

Me too, but pronto only had 30 and 34 left so I took 34 and I'm waiting for them to arrive

All I can say is WOW! The denim is amazing. Reminds me of a heavier somet .. Smooth and rigid as hell. Tiny tiny bit of slub but hardly at all. From the pictures on page 1 it kinda looks like a 17oz version of the 21oz but not at all, there not as pliable(which I like) they seem alot thinner them any iron heart I've had but still hearty.

Top block is a little big, and waist is looser than I'm used to but ill see how they settle a day or two
