HWDC2 - Pictures Only Thread
-
Went to Port Dickson Malaysia end of 2013 and decided to sea wash my Mega Beatle Buster from Iron Heart. Its part of the Heavyweight Denim Competition 2 (HWDC2). The MBB has been 8 months of wear but effectively 6 months of wear. The other 2 months in total was rotated between Momotaro and Nudie.
This is the second sea wash. The first time was in November on the afternoon, this was in the morning.
Enjoy peeps.
PS:Lazy and slow edits. Need to really upgrade my MBP Ram..4 gb is just to slow now. Music credits to Radiohead, weird fishes indeed. Don't forget 720P.

Challenge Rd 5
My country is USA which is way to broad. I live in Utah. Utah is famous for a few things. Skiing, red rocks and of course mormons.
We aren't afraid to laugh at the stereotypes while indulging in good spirits.
Utah should be experienced outside and better yet, outside the city limits.
Speed is in our blood with Bonneville Salt Flats and 80 mph speed zones.

Hi all..been missing for all april..busy with work and the new baby.
so far I've made my MBB as my work jeans for shooting. I'm a producer/director/DP so I turn to the MBB for tough durable SOB for my work.
And inline with the latest challenge of "showing your country", I'm gonna post some stills from my recent work.
I'll start with the challenge first. My current project is doing a documentary on Malaysian Traditional Boatbuilders in Pangkor Island. These people build the boats using no blue print whatsoever.well the blue print is in their heads. They build it all by hand, manually and most of them are above 50 years old. That just puts me to shame.lol.This is last week's progress. They've started doing the hull etc.
This was early April. we only go there for like once in 2 weeks or when they have a "big" moment of the boat building.
This is part of their workshop, and this is my view every time I go there to shoot.heaven!
This was last March, when they've finished one boat and are about to "launch" it which we also covered.
and there's me.lol.So since I've been wearing the MBB a lot for shooting,I've washed them every time I got back home. there's just too much mud not to wash them.
last week's pic;
i realized that the stitching started to fray open on one of the leg.
