Not sure where else to post this, but @Ross and @Graham have taken excellent care of me for two product related issues and deserve praise. The options they have gave me were well beyond what I was expecting and left me feeling very well taken care of. I’ll point out too that one of the issues wasn’t even an IH product and that they took far greater ownership of the problem than the manufacturer did. Besides the products themselves, the boys at IHUK are the other main reason I always come back for more. @Alex is a lucky man to have these two!

They are all excellent, truly never had a bad experience and I’ve bought quite a few items at this point. I just pointed out these two going the extra mile for me over the last few months. I always feel guilty buying from a retailer when the UK boys are out of stock, feels like I’m cheating
