Pocketknives/Kitchen Knives/Fixed Blades

Received it today… What a wee fucking beauty... Very discrete li'l thing... Pockets like crazy... Doesn't pull or rip on my pocket... Weight is about perfect... Substantial but not heavy... Slim... Beautiful curves... Oh and it's me first flipper so I had great fun with it at work today...
Thanks @Matt !..

Oh I like that, I’ll need to look it up.

It's great. Nice, thick Ti stock and available in a few different colors–I like that the blue matches the fading blue on some of the hardware.
This clip mitigates the only thing that keeps the Sebenza from being flawless, a really crappy clip made of thin stock. Mine got bent out of usefulness almost immediately.

I’ve never bent a seb clip but it does make the knife ride higher than I like. I’ve had one of mine almost work its way out of my pocket…

FWIW, CRK also makes an improved clip, @Anesthetist –would post a link but I'm behind a VPN that blocks his Web site.

Why sell an improved clip for your $400 knife. Just put the bloody thing on it in the first place. Cmon CRK…

Yeah, it's $50 to this one's $30 for the privilege too. Not sure that it's deep carry either, which is my preference. It does look cool though.

Curtiss F3 large
Spyderco Southard with desert ironwood scales. This one has kind of a sloppy detente and is not a satisfying flip action but otherwise great
ZT Sinkevich
ZT 0022The ZTs have the best detente and flip of the bunch, at least in part due to ball bearings on the framelock. The Sinkevich would benefit from gimping continuing a bit on the handle. The gimping on the 0022 is CRK level and I wish all blades were as good.
On the non-flipping front, a $20 Chinese liner lock knife that has great feel and action

I love that thing. I miss my CRK. I had a large sebenza before I went all RHK crazy.
I dig the finish of it. Going to be a great slippy to carry.
Congrats on the pickup
