Ummmm… what is that for? Looks like it could be employed by a press gang or a dominatrix for a variety of purposes.

@steelworker. You tell Rich I referred you? Cool cat. Great friend. Makes great damascus and knives. And leather products!

And they qualify as “reins”. Definitely an attitude adjuster.

@neph93 it's what my old man would have called a 'persuader.' Or a sap.

Custom Olive Horween CXL card holder that I had made by After Midnight. Really pleased with it and Karl was a pleasure to deal with.

Wow! thats a thing of beauty @Cutlasshound - Love an intro to new brands, its a bonus to see they are based just a few miles away.

I need to visit this thread more often. Or not as it makes me want stuff.
@Eisenherz that cordovan long wallet is dreamy. I have the mid version in oxblood, but the long wallet is might fine and what I really lust after.
@Cutlasshound the craftsmanship looks top notch and the idea of a beefy cardholder with a ring really appeals.

This GAH chain is. Hammer.
Thanks @Anesthetist and @neph93.

Now that is one nice wallet @Cutlasshound
I’ve been looking myself for a new smaller wallet that slips nicely into the back pocket with a chain or lanyard. I’m not too keen on the bulky large wallets and looking at their web it looks like there are some nice compact offerings with bespoke ‘custom options” as you have gone with.
Thanks for the info

Thanks mate.
FYI I just messaged Karl directly via Instagram and told him what I wanted.
Basically I looked at his site and then trawled his Instagram to come up with modifications to the one he had on his site and asked about leather options.
For the zip wallet I am having made, I took pictures of similar ones that I liked generally (as he only has larger zip wallets on site) and told him what I wanted (horsehide, short zip wallet, six card slots, cash slot, wallet chain attachment, riri zip) and worked from there.
I would def recommend

@Baba-san, I'm tempted by a Piecewrks Leathercraft zip wallet. They're compact, have the option of a D-ring for a lanyard, and the stitching looks really tidy. The downside is that it's a Japanese microbrand, so there might be language issues…
Their Instagram feed is probably the best place to start. They also have an online store hosted by Creema if you want to place an order.

Thanks @Graeme - That also is a nice and compact wallet - Ill check them out
