How are the UNTITLED ART beers, scooter?..
Being a Wisconsin native, I'm quite biased by my state's brewers. Frankly, there are so many craft brewers here, proximity and familiarity certainly feed that bias. Of the ones I have tried, Untitled Art is my favorite. Everything I've had from them, thus far, has been very good to outstanding.
What's interesting, I don't believe they are actually "brewers". With a little research, I believe they are beer "designers". While they have FB and IG accounts, I cannot find a physical address for them. There is no sign of an actual brewery or taproom. When searching them on Google maps, their location shows up in the same place as this brewery…http://www.octopibrewing.com/ . Whether the two of them are one in the same, or UA merely contracts Octopi to brew their beers, I do not know. UA does a lot of collaborations, as well. It's seems likely, UA crafts the idea, and the collaborator does the brewing. In the end, it really doesn't matter to me, as long as they keep the brews coming.

scooter what did you think of that terpene IPA? Wasn't prepared for it, but easily the biggest flavor for me in that category.
I was going back through the thread, and happened upon this. My apologies for the delayed response…
I've now had two of their terpene releases. The first was the Terpene IPA, the second was the Pineapple Terpene IPA. I liked them both. But, I was a bit partial to the pineapple version. If only for the fact, I prefer a little sweetness to balance out some of the bitterness of the hops. The terpenes are definitely an acquired taste. Think about drinking a good IPA and chewing a stem at the same time. I don't know why, but I always liked the flavor of stems. After having the first one, I did a little reading on terpenes, and found they can have an affect on your buzz, regardless of the source they were derived from. I can say, there is a little difference. I can only describe it as a more subdued feeling. These beers are great after a long day at work, when you just want to relax.

I don't know anything about UA but I suspect they contract out production to third party breweries, kinda like Mikkeller and maybe Omnipollo. @emceeQ might have a better idea how the third party production/distribution model works.

GOD FUCKING DAMN IT YOU NORWEGIAN BASTARD… I'D PAY A MILLION BUCKS FOR IT TO BE 9C° HERE NOW...
That being said: I'm having a delicious double barrel aged stout here - I flat out refuse to acknowledge summer. Might pop the heating on actually. Get on my fleece sweatpants. Make a quiche. Some pumpkin soup.

Ugh, dammit, @neph93, I know you're not doing it on purpose, but that is really taunting me. Not only is it 33°C here, but I just got back from San Diego, and I didn't have time to go to The Lost Abbey (San Marcos was less than a 30 minutes drive from where we were staying).
I didn't go to Modern Times, either, and that was less than 15 minutes drive. I truly failed on that trip…

Untitled art specifically brews out of Octopi. It’s co-owned by the owner of Octopi and the owner of Funk Factory (who makes some fantastic sours in WI btw)…
Every gypsy brewing/contracting model is different though. Beer laws in the US vary so much state to state it’s hard to keep track of how people are doing what...

Thanks for the heads-up, regarding Funk Factory. I'll be looking into that.
