White Guava & Passion Fruit & Lime Pastry Sour With Coconut.

It is ABSURDLY delicious… A 5.5% beer has NO RIGHT to be this good... The coconut is integrated so beautifully I could cry.

Gave it 4.5/5 on Untappd. Think it was my first 4.5 of 2020 btw.

Haven’t had anything in 2 months. I guess I went through a dry spell and just didn’t feel like drinking beer. Or, I didn’t see anything I wanted to try. Drekker used to have the Secret Handshake t-shirt but discontinued it

Another one that may not be everyone's cup of… It was quite refreshing on a hot day, though. For my taste, I'd dial back the lime and ginger just a touch.....

I've come to the conclusion, my general lack of enthusiasm for Citra has been due to the inability of many brewers to do the hop justice. That's not that surprising, I've read it's tricky to work with. Having had a few Citra brews from Equilibrium, I fully understand their popularity. They know what they're fecking doing with that tricky fecker. Citra/Mosaic/Fantastic…..
