Mort Subite makes two geuzes, and the only difference is that the sweetened versions says "Original geuze" on the label, and the "real deal" has "Natural Oude geuze"…
The original is defo not worth it, and this natural' destination is the sink unfortunately… Too sour... Bye bye, Mort Subite!..

A little something for Zhivago, some Anderson Valley SUMMER SOLSTICE. And some deliciousness from Santa Fe with the OKTOBERFEST. If you can find the Summer Solstice you need to try this, there is not another beer like it anywhere, its like cream soda with alcohol, but its not sweet, big caramel and vanilla flavor, so refreshing!

Never a big cider fan but this was delicious. I picked up a 6 pack of this and Angry Orchard. Naturally gluten free and apparently very little preservatives. If all cider is this good. Maybe something I will frequent more often."Obstacles are stepping-stones That guide us to our goals"

We have a local thing here called Crispin. Haven't found any I like but this looks interesting from their "Artisinal Reserves"; I think that they sell nationally, let me know if you want me to find this or any of their others. I owe Zhivago some beer so will have an opportunity to ship soon:

EDIT: This "brut" thing sounds more my style (some of these that I've had are too sweet for me) and has a good nutritional profile too: http://www.crispincider.com/products/the-classic-blue-line/crispin-brut/
