What's your favorite Beer?

Excellent. I have all my geuzes now stacked horizontally in my fridge as I won't open 'm til next summer (this way the corks don't dry out)… Some bottles with champagne corks are stacked vertically but those are for direct consumption... Usual capped beers are of course placed vertically...
There's a lot to learn when you wanna stock beer...

Btw: EXCELLENT glass Rafa!.. You can drink all red sours and fruit beer in it!..
finally i'm accepted …can't wait to use the "right" glass for the grand cru though

Seriously: I'm just stoked to be able to give you some tips/ names/ advice, y'know… You're an excellent student, young padawan...
I shouldn't be stocking btw, just couldn't help myself picking up some excellent geuzes last time... It's ok: in average, a geuze can be kept for 2-3 decades easily... ::)

**STOP
THE
FUCKING
PRESSES**
Big beer connaisseur at the flee market… Tons of glasses... Only bought a La Trappe glass... Then I saw this bottle... THIS FUCKING BOTTLE... In short: Rodenbach only made this beer once, in 2004, and it's quite IMPOSSIBLE to find a bottle... I've heard stories of people paying 25 € for a bottle. Reluctantly I asked him how much... Even more relunctantly he saiid "5 €"... Immediately followed by a "Watch it!.. This is sour beer!.." After we spoke a bit about Rodenbach Grand Cru, Vintage 2010 and geuzes, he was convinved I know my stuff... I checked the cork: excellent condition... SOLD!.. I still can NOT believe it...
VIN DE CEREALE MOTHERFUCKER... IN MY FRIDGE, PUNKASS BITCH!.. FUCK YEAH!..
Thanks to whoever it was paid $40 for a small bottle of this and shared it at Brian’s birthday.

Oi vey!.. A legendary quote (by sir G): this bitch gives good head…
After the disappointment that was the Saison Dupont, the Saison d'Erpe Mere, the Fantôme and now this have changed my mind on saisons!.. This isn't as good as the former two (lighter at 6%, lacks body), but it's a refreshing drink!..

And I here I thought Dupont was rather good.

I've had the Karmeliet for sure, not bad.

Should've tagged me (Seul IH), as I don't really look at anyone's profile on FB… But I've had a look and the regular La Chouffe is a very well known (read: commercial) beer... And to be honest, it's the main reason why I can't recall ever having tried one...

These are two I do wanna try though…
