a rant that gives not only a problem but a feasible solution to an issue.  i hate you jaco for being reasonable & intelligent enough to put up this sort of "rant" 

my rants & even my posts are incoherent babble & monday speak

Thanks Jaco, and let me and Mme B discuss it over dinner tonight.  We absolutely know that the current system is not perfect.

Here are the issues:

1. Until stuff actually arrives here, we do not know the exact size, so people may place a deposit on an L, then the product comes in and actually they needed an XL and there are no XL left.
2. Pre-order is a massive headache from a admin point of view.  And if we screw up (which has been known to happen ), we upset the customer much more if they think they are getting it and then they dont.
3. There are few other minor issues with the way Zen handles things, but I am sure we can resolve those.
