why?…i did it (still doing it) each morning after getting out of bed and before having breakfast!
imo it´s a great start into your day. your body gets fired up, burns calories through the whole day and i´m pretty much alive after those 4minutes! -

- Do this workout 3 times per week - allow yourself at least one full day of recovery between workouts. Your body needs to heal itself, increase the strength of your heart and lungs, etc.

the funny thing is I now can even eat it raw without any other things on the plate…now who would have thought that
and no, haven't tried guacamole yet...definitely need though, since I already saw a few great things made with it! -
I am a recovering avocado hater. I used to not be able to stomach it in anything but sushi. That and olives I kind of brute forced until I loved them a while back.
