IHSH-101MC - Maroon/Cream Ultra Heavy Buffalo Check Western Shirts
-
This was on my list but the ombré got in the way.
Good luck people I have seen the sample and it's lovely in the flesh. -
Will pass on this one, would have preferred a darker grey over cream. But good luck to those who want one. And I might change my mind after seeing them in reality.
-
Plan on pulling the trigger immediately upon launch. I am happy to post pics of the shirt combined with raw denim, faded denim, and duck canvas as soon as the glorious blue bag arrives. Assuming someone from the stubborn crew doesn't beat me to it.
-
Dammit I was really hoping it would go live next week. Maybe a large will stick around until then.
-
Fully expect this to be one of those that I dismiss initially, then change my opinion on when I see it out in the wild.
Good luck on Thursday, people
I dismissed this one initially. Then I saw the sample and loved it. I have yet to see a photo that does it justice but sure Sam will do his magic and change that.

I don't need this shirt. I don't need this shirt. I don't need this shirt. I don't need this shirt. I don't need this shirt. I don't need this shirt. I don't need this shirt. I don't need this shirt. I don't need this shirt. I don't need this shirt. I don't need this shirt. I don't need this shirt. I don't need this shirt. I don't need this shirt. I need this shirt.

The cream looks much more off-white or vanilla in these pics as compared to all the previous pics that have been posted of this fabric. That is a good thing IMO.
BTW, why does everyone think it will only look good with faded jeans? I think this will look great with a new, dark indigo pair? Am I wrong here?
-
Yeah, I don't understand the idea of faded jeans only. That is only really true of denim shirts and type 3s, IMO. It will contrast beautifully with dark indigo. I hope the measurements work out for me. Looks great to me.

I'm banking on it looking killer with my new 666-XHS's. Not that I'm getting it. Because I don't need this shirt. I just have to keep telling myself this.

Fun Fact.
When I was in Japan with H and we were talking about future releases of UHF's, he said that they were at risk, because the importation of Aspero cotton into Japan is falling. He is worried that the importer may stop altogether. He has tried yarns made from other cottons, but none have been satisfactory.ASPERO COTTON
Aspero is a naturally occurring wild cotton that is found in the foothills of North East Peru and being a tree it is not farmed and so is one of the purest most organic cottons available. As it cannot be mass produced it has been highly prized for generations by the indigenous Peruvian population for its qualities of fineness, softness, volume and also strength., -
Good question.

Sent from my SM-G920F using TapatalkI'm with you on this- I think it will look great with new denim- the colours lend themselves to it.
I do think the shirt itself will look amazing a few years down the line when it's a a little washed out and well worn. This may well be one I regret not getting, but it's been a very expensive October! (and the 101tng isn't that far off)…..

Fun Fact.Gloomy Future Facts.Anything that threatens the future realease of UHF's isn't fun
