The Flat Head
-
I just picked up a ratted out DND from eBay for $45. The fucker ripped the pocket flaps off for a "cleaner" look. It doesn't look clean, as the areas where the pockets attached are less faded than the surrounding denim. Still, $45.
Saw that and was about to BIN instantly, thank god I read the description. I would rather just ditch out the other $140 and get a new one.
Holy cow where the hell can you get one for $185? Even on Rakuten it's more than that…

All I can say is that their idea of a 42 is a bit snug, if accurate in the chest. I have a western that is ironically roomier than a work shirt in the same size. Can't figure those guys out. Love their shirts though.

Anyone know how large flathead boot sizes go up to. I'm a 13 US and interested but csnt find larger sizes anywhere

Thanks giles

Argh!!! That's okay… I thought that might be the case... Oh well. Thanks giles

They make regular size, and wide size. You need to check info before you buy them. Some stores wont even list it.

Supa Giles:
I recall a wicked leather jacket or two by FH a couple of years ago, about $1300-1500
What happened to those? -
wow, will have a look.
thanks einstine

If anybody want FH gear rakuten is giving free international shipping till tomorrow. Get Fh tees for $68!!! And flannels less the $200
My new diamond & dots shirt just came in
Got a 44 because my 42 of an older FH wabash is a bit too tight. I think a 43 will be ideal. Anyone tried shrinking one of their denim shirts? It's pre-washed but pretty sure I can blast it down to size, would be interested to hear if anyone has done the same.

I don't want to tell you to destroy your shirt by attempting to shrink it, but I was talking to Tyler at SELA when I tried that shirt on and he said that even though its rinsed you can definitely can some shrinkage out of it. Good luck!

I just about akways hot wash my shirts to get just a bit more of a snug "tailored" fit…. I know many people are scared of the washing machine for some reason but its my best friend for adjustments in size... I was even able to get shrinkage out if an IHD-01od which reportedly had zero shrinkage left because of OD process... Just my $0.02
