@Bretro_ I went size 8 in these and the Packhorses–could have gone 8.5, but I prefer 'em snug.
I have more room in my size 8 Vibergs and Tricker's for comparison--I could NOT have sized up to an 8.5 in those. Also, these PackRIDERS are thick veg-tan leather and thus put more lateral pressure on the sides of my feet, where the leather is double layered ( I assume that'll ease when broken in–still brand spanken new) but much more noticable than the Domain rough outs.
Hope that helps you triangulate...

Heck yes!! Those are so awesome looking dude! Thanks for posting up?
What toe is on your model? Looks beefier than the MP and even unconstructed boss toe I normally see.

Hahaha I thought so, but just checking as it didn't look "too" bumped per say

They look fantastic! I've been thinking about a Boss as a secondary work boot and yours is close to what I'd build
Thanks! They are great boots, I wish I would've had them when I was required to wear boots to work.
If I had to do the build again, I'd put a 430 sole on instead of the 700. It would make winter less terrifying… -
Thanks for the input neph! Slip resistance is a key factor in a work boot for me. The 430 should be good for the normal wear this build will get. It does however sound like I'll be sticking to 100 for work boots
I chose it as a compromise as I wanted an all year boot to get through the winters up here, without the clunky profile of the 100. It's done the job, just about.
