About 25-35 registered I think. There's a 9 $ fee the Aussie will have to pay - something to do with getting them checked by US customs…
Precisely what I thought.
-
its around US $50 pair of 634s weight 1100g + packing via Registered Post International
http://auspost.com.au/apps/international-parcel.html
and yes there is a $9 surcharge
Articles over 500g and all ECI and EPI services will be subject to an additional $9 security surcharge and may face transit delays of up to 48 hours
-
Thanks Rocket. Well, either way he ain't getting that $50. Should have factored that into the final cost or something. May as well buy a almost new pair from the US… (Lando checks off Australia as a Country to buy from)

after my current 634S being still out there somewhere, i gotta admit that UPS are much faster. Plus their tracking is so much more accurate. Furthermore, i was able to call their local banch to check the status which are very detailed.
-
finally my 634S arrived. geez diamond took quite awhile as compared to UPS. the UPS was around 3 days but the diamond took 6. still, I'm a happy man with the 634S haven't got the chance to try it though.

Diamond Logistics is a shipping agent with local offices. They have been talking to us for some months and we agreed to give them a one-month trial. They use UPS and Parcel Force, and also other carriers (DHL, Fedex etc.) There are lots of good things they are doing and trying to do but we have - after just one week of the trial - identified a number of “holes” in their systems we’re not happy with. So yesterday we cut the trial short and have reverted to our usual shipping directly via UPS and Parcel Force.
That’s not to say we won’t try Diamond again, but there are some fundamental issues they need to fix first - we’re not prepared to compromise on the quality and speed of shipping and tracking service while they sort themselves out.
Thanks for all the feedback and comments on shipping and do keep it coming: different individuals have preferences and we can see clear benefits with some carriers in certain geographies, so part of what we are hoping to do with Diamond is “dictate” which carrier we use for each shipment so that our customers in future could request, if they wished, which carrier to use from all the major services.
We’ll keep you posted on any changes.

As per Bagley's advice, I signed up for the My Choice UPS program. Not sure what all the benefits are but you can have better control over what time your packages are delivered and have the option of sending the package to the closest UPS store. Anyways, very helpful and easy to track multiple packages. I live in Brooklyn without a doorman, poor me I know, but it really sucks getting packages here. Sometimes shipping companies just leave packages in the hallway or even outside(!!!).
IHUK and UPS FTW

Yw uwm, I love the program but not many people know about it yet. I still think UPS is in more of a testing phase at the moment with that but I love the program. Control when and where your package is delivered and have someone sign for it for you, no brainer to me. Not to mention, in the US there are over 6000 UPS stores now so chances are, there's one around the corner from you.
-
You really can't beat shipping with IHUK and UPS.
:o
-
that's amazing! very fast indeed.
-
What is more impressive, is that although we processed the order at 11:54, it was not actually picked up until 16:15 from the office…..
Yeah that's what I assumed. So crazy.

a possible buyer asked me to use ems shipping service since he thinks that their post office is not that proffesional, im not really convinced to use any other shipping version than ems…
since I've never heard about ems in germany, what shipping service/method is close to it?
would be nice if someone could reply quick
