IHSH-101-BB - Ultra Heavy Flannel Blue/Black Buffalo Check Western Shirt
-
So arms on a Large are what a XL used to be?
-
Looks good but we all know how the UHF's behave in the wash.

Really happy with this one. Prolly the best fit out of the bag from and IH shirt that I've owned.
I typically go with a XXXL for the best body/arm length but then have a baggy-ier fit for the rest of the shirt With these a XXL is perfect and now the chest and shoulders are a better fit.
I am thinking I will have to cop the red, green, and purple if they have same fit…my bank account hates me but I getting excited for fall already!
Sorry for the spotty angles and lighting, but I wanted to throw these up before we left town for the weekend.

I think it will be too short after washing Cole

Just deadly … A plain deadly shirt

Wash it gently and you´ll be fine. If you want to give em hell, size up and give em HELL

This shirt is excellent. Colorway is spot on (and perfect for LA). Anyone concerned about the "sleeve issue" shouldn't be; they're a touch longer than the 127 but nothing you'd notice. Lifetime of regular wear coming for this one. Kind of can't believe these aren't sold out already.
Iron Heart keeping the hits coming!
(Edit: don't post much but I'll add that I'm usually a L in UHFs and sized up to XL on this one; glad I did)

@cole I would suggest sizing up. Body looks short and it will shrink a bit over time. The shoulders look a bit tight as well.

Anybody done a cold soak yet?
I ordered the XXL and it fits great except I could use a little length in the back. I read in the 127 UHF thread about someone cold soaking and hang drying and getting an extra .25" in body length.Unfortunately I have nothing to size up to as the XXXL are just a hair longer than XXL.
Any thoughts? Perhaps the length is fine and I'm over thinking it.
Pardon the saggy backside of my 634XHS, I am blessed with a pancake butt

A cold soak will do no much change, if any. I had to wash my 101 TG twice at 60-70 degrees to shrink it significantly. That said, I think the length is totally fine. The arms could rather use some shrinkage IMO.

@Max Power Thank you for the feedback! My main concern was with the body length, I can live with the sleeves at this point. But you have reassured my anxiety about possibly having to return this amazing piece of clothing.
Cheers!
