@Giles These have been an very much enjoyed addition to the wardrobe. The waist has stretched out quite a bit tho. I don't particularly want to wash them but would like the waist and thighs to shrink back up. Any thoughts or suggestions? Will they loose much color - bleed or anything??? thank you sir
-
@Giles ok cool.. as for "shrinking" them intentionally..? to tighten up the waist and thighs .. what would you do? tempurature wise? and hand wash or in the washing machine? Much thanks!
-
They're sanforized and overdyed. I seriously doubt there's any shrinkage to be had at this point.

They have stretched an inch since I bought them six months ago…. you don't think they'll shrink with a wash? I am talking about shrinking 'back' to what they were new, not shrinking them beyond the waist measure when purchased.

they will shrink back but will again stretch back

It'll take about one day's wear as well.

Wear a belt. The waist can only stretch as much as the belt allows.
…"belt" ? what is this "belt" you speak of??

thanks people. I'm just gonna wash my jeans.

Hi G, is there any chance you may have a size 32 lying around somewhere that i can grab?
-
-
I'm wanting a 32 as well.
you can buy the 25oz OD like I did and end up loving the softness of the fabric

Restocked in all sizes, including 28 and 29 for first time.
Sizing chart has been updated, as waist coming up approximately 1" larger than tag in all sizes (apart from tag 40 where all stock is from previous production run).

I wore these jeans on my honeymoon in Ireland and climbed Slieve League in them and the khaki IHV-22
These are the most worn pair of my collection at this time - probably around 60ish wears maybe, no wash/soak yet. We spent a lot of time at the top of Slieve League and had to hustle down before it got dark. It also started raining, so I slipped a few times (Mrs. Madmoses thought this HILARIOUS, it was okay, I laughed too). The jeans are about to get their first soak to get the caked mud off - but man they look so cool all muddied up - so I had to grab a few shots! I wore the 1634 the rest of the honeymoon after Slieve League - another great pair.
