These are chronically underrated. I have the earlier version (39?) which I admittedly got on special, but I swear if more people could see these IRL then they'd be a standard favourite.

It's not the flashiest bit of IH kit but the combination of materials and hardware is very, very special. It's also really versatile like a mid weight jacket should be and the cut, while functional is actually very sharp too.

It was never a matter of not likeing it. It was and is a matter  of not having enough spare money to start buying IH jackets in addition to my shirt and pants adiction.

If this was a bomber I would be hard pressed to not get it, but I personally don't really like the longer collar on the tankers
