@popvulture ive been eyeing a pair for a while now and do love the silhouette. Do you have another pair of engineers you feel are comparable but cheaper price point?

I think the Lofgrens are really well made — I really loved mine in principle but they were just too small for me and 12 was the biggest available size. They’re also a little narrow in the ankle area, so if you’ve got a high instep like I do, they can be a real pain to get on. That said, plenty of people have no trouble with em, so if they do work for your feet, I’d highly recommend those. Stock Mr. Lous are also awesome, not as sleek as the Lofgrens but very badass in their own way.

@popvulture I’m a big fan. I’ve got their GVNR 13 oz straight leg jeans and just got a pair of the new 925 Regenagri jeans. Also, several jumpers, hoodies, the 303 rip stop jacket (olive), a body warmer and socks, a scarf and a few other things. They sell William Lennon-made boots as well. The hoodies are, I think (it’s a guess), made for them by Good Measure in Manchester. I have two of their (Good Measure’s) standard sweatshirts and they seem to be the same style/construction and materials. Decent value as well, I think it’s fair to say, for things made locally in the UK.

@michaeljcr that shirt looks great on. HebTroCo are great brand. They're based only a few miles away from me. I have a couple of there sweatshirts and they're excellent. It's great to support a local company with a great ethos that strives to make great quality products in the UK.

@ShaymenFX Yes, I totally agree. I just got a pair of their M16 jeans - more tapered than I’m used to but they feel great. Now I need a pair of tapered Iron Hearts as well, though!
