Turns out the body doesn't like poison when it's not used to it
Though I never had problems with dairy even after periods where I stopped it.

Beginning of January to this morning.
Started this journey February 10th. As of this morning I have dropped 76lbs and now weigh less than 250. Kinda of crazy what you can accomplish when you put your heart and soul into. MikeC thank you again!

god damn! the guy in the first pic…wouldn´t even think about that being you brother! so good to see you´re still focussed on everything...keep going and stay strong mate! much respect!...
ah yeah head's up Finn, once you stop eating bread your stomach gets used to it and totally fcks itself if you magically start eating it again. Same deal on milk (different process, same fck out). I eat bread once in a blue moon and boy do I pay for it :|.
well i had bread because i had pretty serious stomach problems right after waking up (had the flu/shits and wasn´t able to keep anything in me for more than a few minutes!)…needed sth. to stuff my stomach with, so bread was the only thing i could think about that time! think it was because of having a strong cigar the evening before. not used to smoking one and i might took a too strong pull too many so that things kicked in in the morning
feeling way better now...was a weird feeling having bread after almost 6weeks! ^^ -
WOW!! Great job!!

Forearm/hand tightness with kettlebells is definitely not normal right? It gets to the point where I can hardly hold it and a burning sensation happens…. Thoughts on how to fix it?

On what moves? If that's happening while you're not really swinging the bell, (like squats or presses, for instance) you need to shift your grip so that you can hold the bell with your hand open.
If that's happening on swinging moves, then you just have really weak hand and forearm muscles, sorry.
Now that I think about it more, it could also be because you're trying to swing the bell with just your arms, rather than getting a full motion from the hips. Regardless, it sounds more like you have a form problem rather than a muscle problem.
