The service is offered for wearable Iron Heart items with reasonable wear and tear: the earlier the problem is sorted, the quicker and easier we can resolve.
We do reserve the right to refuse any items that are considered beyond repair, this is not a reconstruction or replacement service, so please treat it in the spirit in which it is offered.
We can re-enliven slightly damaged garments, we can sometimes resuscitate badly broken jeans, but - sadly - we cannot raise the dead.

Brilliant stuff.

It’s mind boggling to think that you’ve taken a ,for all intensive purposes, durable good, made it even more durable than anyone would’ve thought possible, and now,if that wasn’t enough you’re willing to repair them. Must be some kind of Nobel Prize for this.
Yeah, this is a great idea. It's like doing preventative maintenance on your car, except with denim

Darn fine of y'all. I was not surprised to see this, but I sure am grateful. Kudos!

Are the repairs only for IH products purchased via IHUK, or does this include items purchased through IH vendors as well? I'm assuming this does not cover IH goods purchased second hand? I figured it might be in IH's best interest to be as transparent about this in case you get bombarded with these questions later.
