Today, Home at Work
-
Many of us are working from home during the pandemic. My own work life hasn't changed much–-I'm an ex-moto riding Sanskrit professor and the most danger I face daily involves irregular uses of verbs. But I have a very close pal who stewards a vast property that belongs to a famous national organization. The place is thousands of acres in the Arizona desert. He does everything to keep the place fit---fixes its buildings, curates the land, and yesterday this is what he found in one of the toilets. So what did you do at work today?

Nothing! I’m a teacher though and have recently started my obscenely long summer break. It will be exciting to see how school is when I get back in late August however. Lots of antibac, and social distancing at the least, and probably some digital learning/home office too. That is assuming the level of infection here in Norway remains low of course.
