i bet these would be great for planking.

Can anyone with a pair of 666s tell me if the fit is pretty similar? I have a pair of 666s in a 34 that have a little room, wanted to size down to a 33?! Also are these slubby like the 666s are? Thank you.
I wear both in 33 and fit seems pretty similar, but I just pull a 33 on in all IH are just live with what the fit gives me….

Giles, I was comparing the measurement tables in your shop site, and at least in my size (34), they suggest that the 666 XHS are cut a little bit looser than the regular 666 (post-soak) and certainly the 666OD. Would you say that this is true?
-
Certainly truer re: the OD version. BUT the denim is so completely different in character to the 18oz, it is very hard to determine if the difference in feel is down to the cut or to the difference in cut. G
Cool, I appreciate the info. I've always worried that the 666OD would be too tight in the thighs for my taste, but it sounds like the 666XHS is right up my alley in measurements for a slim jean.

Stopped by Self Edge SF today just to try on a few pairs of the original 18oz 666. Came to find that the 33 fit me perfectly. A little loose around the waist, but weren't hugging my thighs like the 32s. What would you all recommend if I wanted to get as close as possible to that 33 in the 25oz version?

^ thanks G
Hi easy
is your Levi's avatar a sarcastic one, or an ode to what was, should have been and will probably never be great again?
-
Received mine today, and yea they're stiff like hell, and a hard way to start into IH denim.
As this is my first IH jeans, im quiet happy that they fit perfectly in waist and length,
but it was a pain to put them on first time, because of the cardboard feeling.
Still debating whether soaking them or not to soften them up.
I´ll put up fit pics tomorrow me thinks.
