my top 3 have not been mentioned yet.
1. 285-OD short sleeve chambray. Has this been done before? that would be my everyday shirt.
2. 99-Indigo. never seen anything quite like it and I love it.
3. 97-KHA Light color for spring/summer and khaki with new or faded denim is a great color contrast. -

H was just going to do the blue version this collection, then I remembered how much I like mine, so I asked him if we could run an overdyed version too....
The images here are of my OG IHSH-26BK......

I tried to do this but I need to get my thoughts straight first. Every time I go back to look at the product threads I get frazzled because it all looks so damn good [emoji848]

Picking top 3 was quite difficult even after thinking about it this past week while ripping out old, moldy sheetrock & ceramic tiles - “quick, top 3!!!” ️
But….
1. 284
2. 277
3. 281This SS21 collection is speaking my language! Really liking all the lightweight shirt options. Crossing my fingers that some (I’d be happy with at least one!) will get run in ladies sizing

I had a difficult time distinguishing ‘stunners’ from ‘needed/wanted in my closet’. As an example, the technical parkas would top my STUNNER list but score very low in my WANTS
So my list is is a combo of ‘beautiful and needed’ attributes
IHSH 284 IND - short sleeve wabash was plucked from my dreams (hope a black version follows it)
IHSH 279 Blu - outstanding color and weight; SS would be the only way to improve on it. May have to do it locally…
IHSH 277 IND - winner pattern and color combo
Excellent job with the collection IHJP & IHUK teams!!!

In order:
IHSH-284-IND - 6oz Wabash Short Sleeved Work Shirt
IHSH-285-OD - 5.5oz Selvedge Chambray Short Sleeved Work Shirt
IHSH-285-IND - 5.5oz Selvedge Chambray Short Sleeved Work ShirtNow it's just the struggle of really liking the pieces versus knowing that short sleeve shirts never suit me…. the 284 is crazy though, half hoping it sells like the IHSH-262-NAV so I don't even get a chance to struggle!

I’m happy for all you warmer climate folks, I really am. The last major short sleeved shirt commitment IH made was a Spring/Summer collection about four years ago. There were a load of great chambray shirts in various colours but for some reason they sold slowly. That may be the reason there haven’t been too many the past few years.
There seems to be a lot of interest this time around so I do hope they move a bit quicker. If they do I’m sure they will become a staple product line.

Man I hope so! I know you've mentioned the earlier short sleeve runs in the past. I'm lucky to live in the Arizona mountains so I can enjoy 25oz denim with a UHF and jacket in the cold months and the 14oz (or shorts) with the lightweight short sleeve shirts in the summer.
I honestly feel lucky to have come across Iron Heart. In the before times I had always struggled finding clothes that fit the way I wanted. Sometimes I think about buying multiples of certain products because I want to wear this stuff until I'm dead. So, cheers to you Iron Heart crew.

If people buy it then it gets made and Giles will stock it. They definitely moved slowly last time around, but I do think the growth of the brand in the US over the last few years will be a decisive factor here, so the time seems right to try again.
As for being thankful for IH, I feel you. Yes it costs money, and can be a serious drain on the finances, but I too appreciate being able to buy and wear clothing that works for my climate and lifestyle, that become a fixture in my life. It adds a whole new layer of meaningfulness to the prosaic activity of buying clothes and getting dressed in the morning.
