RE: Indigo invitational Y4
These needed another another wash. Currently at 295 wears and 3 washes. No change
(Right click for bigger size)
I thought they looked rather good hanging on the door though:

RE: IH-526Lod - 19oz Left-Hand Twill Selvedge Denim Type III - Indigo Overdyed Black
@Jcaz6996 Looking great! The 526Lod is such a cool jacket.
(Mine is actually still unworn. Too many denim jackets.......)

RE: IH-555-XHSib - 25oz Selvedge Denim Super Slim Jeans - Indigo/Black
@Lowlander Wow! And I love the yearly updates.

RE: IH-526J-SBG - 21oz Selvedge Denim Modified Type III Jacket - Superblack (Fades To Grey)
I have a long list of things where my thinking at some point was: "Nope, never spending money on one of those!".
Western shirts for instance. Now? Please don't force me to count them!Good luck with the leather. So much nice stuff out there.

RE: Indigo invitational Y4
@denim-dawg Haha, thanks man!
Your pairs are looking wild!
(10 months later it still blows my mind that you're wearing two pairs ) -
RE: IHSH-409-IB - 19oz Selvedge Denim CPO Shirt - Indigo/Black
@Mister_Brue Wow, this one's gonna be incredible. Already looks amazing.
(And you somehow manage to not overheat in all that? Personally I run rather hot so it would be way more than I could handle)
@goldstone0 Very cool. A well traveled 409. Hope to go there one day.

RE: The Strike Gold
@Jeansman Wow, nice that you got both! This denim is pretty awesome though.
Haha, I wouldn't last long in two of these

RE: The Strike Gold
@Jeansman Very cool, looking forward to seeing yours after some wear!
(Worst indigo bleed I've experienced personally was a pair of Samurai raw 25oz).Yeah, saw that Indigo Invitational pair the other day (which I agree are probably the one washed version), they sure look great!
So many cool jeans, only one pair of legs......

RE: Show us your boots
@Bums_Fan Thanks for the information. Very cool boots. These old school construction methods are very time consuming compared to machine based (mass production) techniques like goodyear welt etc. If you ask me the prices seem very fair. Bespoke boots/shoes made with these techniques in the US/UK typically cost in the thousands, not in the hundreds.
(I was getting into boot-/shoemaking as an extension of my leatherwork hobby before I recently decided to go back to school. Too busy these days, but hope to get back to it some day)

RE: The Strike Gold
@Jeansman Nice! Very cool fabric. Are you putting these to use straight away?
(I have a pair of these in the tapered, one washed version, SG9904, tucked away, waiting for the right occasion. Might be a little while, too many great IH jeans to get through )

RE: Indigo invitational Y4
@Mister_Brue Some claim it's what the Re(Pair) option should have been all along

RE: Indigo invitational Y4
Been wearing these all day every day since the last submission, but no real observable difference. This is life for us slow faders
If anything they've been soaking up some of the indigo from my 295-IB and are turning darker. Keep this up and I'll be back at square one once the competition is over

RE: IHM-44-BRN - 17oz Duck Type L-2B Flight Jacket - Brown
Got this in yesterday from Iron Heart Germany. Love it.
A touch darker/more muted in colour than the 2526J.Personally I really dig the shorter jackets. (Three of them here in fact, with the 2526J and the 526J).

RE: Show us your boots
@Bums_Fan Would love to hear a bit more about these. Proper handwelted etc. from what I can see.

RE: Indigo invitational Y4
@Mister_Brue Jeez man, you are really tearing these to shreds! They look awesome.
(Pick a stiffer/more robust fabric for next year and the sky is the limit)
