RE: IRON HEART WAYWT - 2024 EDITION
Today I'm wearing a shirt that I messed up quite badly by not washing inside out and without soaking. It still gets some love:

RE: IRON HEART WAYWT - 2024 EDITION
Still working in and on my 888S 21oz. Rolled up quite high the 21oz works astonishingly well in warmer temps.
Have a great day!

Do you think black shoes with a brown belt is bad taste?

Update on my 21 oz 888s from spring this year:
(The trousers are from spring, not the picture.)

RE: The (Less intimidating) Watch Thread
This watch is probably quite well known - a Seiko SKX009 with the modest but persistent 7S26 movement. I think it's hard to argue with the design and build quality of the former 200$ watch.

RE: Introduce Yourself Here
Hello IH-Community :),
I'd like to introduce myself very briefly here. I'm Robe (which is a cheeky reference to a Warcraft 3 item and also loosely related to the beautiful garments worn here). I joined here because I love the way you interact with each other (which is not the norm in online communication, I suppose) and I have great admiration for things well made.
For some reason I have got a thing for Japanese made stuff (Seiko watches, green tea, Murakami's novels) but also everything that ages beautifully, no matter where it comes from.
My denim journey started 2 1/2 years ago when I purchased a pair of Edwin stretch denim, which have now become my main rock climbing trousers. Bouldering is another passion of mine, but work and family life do not leave much time for that ;).
I always thought that non-stretch heavy denim would be impractical for an active lifestyle until the 888 cut proved the opposite <3. Now I wear the 888s daily with great joy.
I'm glad to be here :)!

My favourite type 3 is actually evolving quite nicely. Let's see how far I can push it this autumn :).

RE: Random Rants
"The evil was not in bread and circuses, per se, but in the willingness of the people to sell their rights as free men for full bellies and the excitement of the games which would serve to distract them from the other human hungers which bread and circuses can never appease.”

To rub salt in, those two clowns earned a greater purse than Taylor & Serrano who served up another great bout.
Sad but true. However, I strongly disagree with Tyson being a clown.
The joke‘s on me for watching the circus.

RE: Random Rants
I‘m a little mad I got up early to watch a content creator fight a 58 year old Tyson.

RE: Armwrestling
Hey guys,
I enjoyed training last night and I was totally wiped out by my team mates as usual. I need to become able to finde some pleasure in getting pulled all over the table -
RE: Freenote Cloth
@americanathreads Hey mate! I nearly bought the medium but then I figured I'm between sizes which I am often with IH as well. I Think the jacket is either too fitted for layering or so loose on me that it is not really a riders jacket anymore.

RE: Random questions to which you seek an answer
I love psyduck, confusion is also one of my super powers! The patch however is still too ducky, I suppose.
