I especially agree about sanforisation. STF can be exciting but it complicates an already tricky job.

I don't own unsanforized denim because I fear the unpredictibility. Although, the 777 UHR's are very nice and may persuade me.

You really need to get an unsanforized pair man….

It was an "ah-ha" moment for me. They break in %100 faster, and normally drape better and the comfort is much nicer. It's not even comparable to most sanforized.

I'm not an IH fan boy like I once was, but their 21oz is comparable to unsanforized in break in and wear though.

Been wearing my Orient Bambino 2nd Generation lately.

It's cheap but dang this thing is comfortable. I can't even tell I'm wearing it.

I think it is more comfortable than my higher end Casio Pro Trek (which I use and beat up for work %90 of the time due to needing the barometric pressure gauge and stop watch often). And also find it more comfortable than my Seiko SRP775.

Is it normal to hear quiet clicking sounds when moving the watch occassionaly with Orient automatics??

People complain about the band but I've taken quite a shine to it.

Eau De Foundry is a scent I can never wait to get away from. It's truly hard to describe, but so similar no matter the process  (EAF's, BOP shops, even Coke plants have that similar weird scent).

I wouldn't trust that soaking process for normal weight or shrinkage prone jeans, but for something this heavy the shrinkage should be taken care.

Makes choice even more difficult.

I went larger in fear of them being too uncomfortable and regretted it and had to sell them. I miss them but they just got too big. The fabric gives and stretches for sure.

I sized true to size to start. If I were to try them again I would order a size down. This also depends on other areas and what you want fit wise, just my experience.

That Wild Child evo is fantastic @yinzer ! My black one still looks brand new. After about 15 years of front-pocket-carry only it took a bit of getting used to but has flattened out quite nicely.
