IHSH-55 - Wabash Western
-
Got mine in yesterday, and I will confirm that these fit TTS for IH shirts. The measurements are bigger in the tables, but the material is so heavy that the fit ends up being pretty much the same.
Amazing quality on these too, this is probably my favorite shirt that IH has ever done. I am a sucker for wabash though.

My thought….
Fit
This shirt is slightly larger than the IH standard in all dimensions but not enough to justify sizing down. The width of the chest where it attaches to the arms is significantly wider than on other shirts but the taper is much greater so the measurement across the pockets is similar. Perhaps this increases mobility but it has the disadvantage of causing some bunching of fabric, which can be seen near my right armpit in the pic below. In addition a standard chest measurement, I would have liked the sleeves to be 1cm shorter because they extend a bit past the start of my palm.In my opinion, the fit is most similar to my IHSH-41 MK III. It is larger than my 07 (old style) in every dimension. It is similar to my 08 in length and sleeve length but wider in the chest and shoulders. I can easily touch my toes, which is impossible in the 08. Fortunately, it does not have the baggy and extra-long sleeves of the 34.
Material
A brown overdye was applied to minimize the bleeding of the indigo. You can see the effects of this when comparing the dots on this shirt to those on a Sugar Cane wabash and the tag on this shirt to that on another IH shirt. Several have said the overdye gives the shirt a vintage look. While I like the contrast of pure white and blue, the overdye is subtile enough that I probably would not have even noticed if Giles hadn't pointed it out. There is some light fading on the cuffs and collar points, as seen in the picture below. After a day of wear, I noticed significant bleeding on my t-shirt.
Details
There are gussets and chain stitch runoff, which I believe is a first for the heavy shirts. The snaps are black and of the larger variety, as seen on the 08 and last year's ultra heavy flannels. Too bad they are not mother of perl, but I guess you can't have everything. -

These snaps can't be replaced.
http://www.ironheart.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=2106.msg117554#msg117554After wearing the shirt all last night I can report that it does bleed. My t-shirt had a blue tint all over and the collar had dark blue stains.

Thanks for the review DrPat. I concur the dots are actually brown. The whole shirt seems to have a vintage feel/look.
Edit: I went TTS, no need to size down.

Let's see some more pics.

Giles - you gonna be restocking these in Medium?
-
Now you are talking Beats. Perfect as usual. Some wicked stacks on the jawns.

Holy sh*t that looks amazing Beats. Are the photos a good representation of the color or is it a bit more blue than that?
