One thing that some people often forget, when the jeans stretch in the waist, you often end up wearing them a bit lower than where they started (at least I do ) and this lower "wearing point" adds to the inseam. So the reduction of creases is in my case often (or always) negligible.
And yes I do wear a belt most of the time. Still, just my experience -
You'll be fine with the 32" if you don't wanna hem, no worries!.. Remember: mine are 32.5 and I can still cuff so… I'd go right ahead and measure them but I'm useless with a measuring tape so it'd be inaccurate...
Either way: congrats with your purchase... You'll hate 'm at first, love/ hate 'm after a week, and love 'm after a couple of months, to the point where people think you're masturbating in public just cause you're frantically touching and caressing your denim...

Yeah, I've been reading this entire thread, and I'm awiting the 666 with equal parts of joy and fear, with a little bit of awe somewhere in there as well.

I've had my 25oz 666's for a few months now and I'm not a fan of what these jeans do beneath the knee. I think because of the thickness of the denim, the way they often settle is just a bit too baggy there. Is there anything that can be done about that? Is it possible to alter the jeans by giving them a slight taper below the knee? Seems like a specialty job due to the 25oz denim. I live in LA but I dont think self edge will do that type of work. Any thoughts here? I had them hemmed so that I need to cuff them about an inch but I never wear them like that as it really exaggerates this problem - I look at them like i'm wearing bell bottoms. Uncuffing makes it look a little better, but not great.
Also, i'm a size 38. I think the problem is more pronounced with the bigger sizes. I've gone through this whole thread looking at fit pics and I notice the effect on the fit pics with the bigger sizes. The slimmer-waisted jeans dont seem to do this as much.

Now just waiting for the UPS truck to stop by my girlfriends is enraged because I bought denim lol.. Hopefully they'll fit well.. went with the original inseam because I like to wear my jeans with a single cuff and stacks of pancakes lol
Nice! Wait till you feel the quality and heaviness of these jeans. Addiction to IH follows

There are places in LA that will taper 25 oz. denim. Denim Doctor (?) and I think Schaeffer Garment Hotel as well.

Finally got it in!!!..all i can say it is amazing!!! the weight, comfort, quality and durability is incredible!!!…putting them on was a little hard not really as hard as i thought though..not that it was tight and all but more so just fasting the buttons for the first time made my fingers hurt a lot!!!!...after buttoning the denim to the top i had an "ok" fit around the waist...not tight where i cant breathe and not loose where it'll fall off my behind..i actually could tugg atleast a half an inch in front of me (is that bad? fitting wise?) knowing that it'll stretch to about an inch after a lot of wears..Does anyone have the same fit or similar to me? do yall find it ok? would it be smart to down size or stay with this tag size? other than that the inseam is long but thats ok i like to wear my denim with monster stacks..Thank you very much to Giles and Paula for my very first heavy/Ironheart denim!!!
